“The Lord redeems the life of his servants; none of those who take refuge in him will be condemned.” -Psalm 34:22
This is the capstone of Psalm 34, the conclusion of the whole matter, the very gospel itself. Not one person who trusts in the Lord Christ will be lost. Though David represents the servants of the Lord, Jesus was the premiere servant, of which David was only a type.
The use of the word redeem is equally notable in this passage as it means to ransom, or purchase back for release, and God the father redeemed Jesus from death as the firstfruits of all the redeemed.
“But the words “it was counted to him” were not written for his sake alone, but for ours also. It will be counted to us who believe in him who raised from the dead Jesus our Lord, who was delivered up for our trespasses and raised for our justification.” -Romans 4:23–25
“But in fact Christ has been raised from the dead, the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep. For as by a man came death, by a man has come also the resurrection of the dead. For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ shall all be made alive. But each in his own order: Christ the firstfruits, then at his coming those who belong to Christ.” -1 Corinthians 15:20–23
“There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. For the law of the Spirit of life has set you free in Christ Jesus from the law of sin and death.” -Romans 8:1–2
“If the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, he who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through his Spirit who dwells in you.” -Romans 8:11
