Anything That Just Costs Money Is Cheap!

This week I chanced upon several helpful and inspirational articles I wanted to share with you, but for the sake of brevity, I’ll limit my offering to the following five.

I trust these will add value to your life and not just clutter to your brain case.

First up, 20 Things You Were Successfully Distracted From While Obsessing About Bruce (Caitlyn) Jenner.

I hate conspiracy-theory propaganda, but I can’t help directing your attention to the Conspiracy Club this week, because distraction is the key tactic of every magician.

See if you can find the slight of hand that’s going to impact your life the most. Unfortunately, this article lacks proper citation, but it shouldn’t be too difficult to research most of these. Let me know what you find out.

Next. If you don’t know The Three Uses of the Law, you just might be an antinomian (Kinda like a redneck joke but seriouser. He haw!).

Theologian and author, R.C. Sproul, will guide us through this discussion. Oh, and antinomian refers to a person who believes they are released by grace from the obligation of observing the moral law. What do you think?

Third, do you ever struggle with unbelief? You’re not alone. Doubt is a regular part of the Christian life. Do you relate with the guy in the Bible who told Jesus, “I believe; help my unbelief!” (Mark 9:24)?

Fourth is look at Jud Crandall’s advice to a young father who was flirting with the the Devil in Stephen King’s 1983 horror novel, Pet Sematary.
